| At Harrison Cove Lodge we predominately fish for Chinook (King) & Coho (Silver) Salmon, Halibut and Rock fish. Our season presently runs from May to mid September. During the earlier season, May through July we see extremely large numbers of Chinook and Coho Salmon throughout Barkley Sound. During this time period its not uncommon to have as many as 15 to 20 Chinook and 20 to 30 Coho to the boat in one day. |

| The coho (Silvers), are extremely abundant from the beginning of June right the way through July, Starting around the 5lb mark, they get progressively bigger throughout the summer. Towards the end of July these fish will average between 7 to 10 pounds with the biggest up to 18 pounds. |
| Over the past 8 years halibut has become a very popular game fish. These brutes are caught throughout the season. they range from 20 to well over 200 pounds with the average being around the 40 lb size. Guests will limit out virtually every day when specifically targeting this species. |  |

And when your fishing adventure is done, we will clean, fillet or leave whole your catch, and then package it up in styrofoam coolers/cardboard outers, for ease of travel. |
